VIMEO CLOSED MY CHANNEL

It was going to happen, I guess.
I'll try to see what I can do to bring back streaming of my edits back here.

For now you can find links to download most of them at: https://fanedit.info/

You can PM me at the fanedit.org forum to tell me directly if you can't find them.

Sorry for that, it was a good ride with Vimeo.

    1. Hello, here's a link to the DVD version (not a single file, you'll have to play it on a DVD player software, or burn it on a real DVD, or play it through the USB port of you real home player): https://mega.nz/#F!vYYlHRiL!AoAoJRbG6adK_851eT-8bQ

  3. I know posting on your blog may not be the best way to get a hold of you, but is there anyway you could direct me to dvd links of your second War of the Stars fanedit? I'm making a birthday gift for a colleague and she would lose her mind with these videos. Managed to track down the first film, just number two. Also your Jaws fanedit was killer (no pun intended).

    1. Hello, here the link to the DVD version of The War of the Stars II: CLICK HERE You'll have to download, and extract the files with winrar or 7zip. Then burn the thing on a DVD. (or put the DVD folder on an external hard drive and plug it on the USB port of your home DVD player. You can also extract the main movie files with a software like MakeMKV). Hope it's all good for you.

  6. I liked fanediting 20 years ago when you could still share fanedits online without all the bullswish!
    Good luck TMBTM.

    1. Hey, thanks stomachworm. I'm not really fanediting a lot anymore anyway. I still have my silent Star Wars Episode 8 in the making since forever but now I'm waiting Episode 9 to know how the story goes before doing anything :) Thank again for the comment.

    1. Hi, ok I'll see that. I still have some direct links to the DVD versions that I could share here but I know people prefers simply streaming versions. I must say that fanedits are not my number one priority these days but since I'm quite proud of some of them I'll see what can be done. Thanks for the link.

  11. Hi!
My name's Chema, from Madrid (Spain).
I am a HUGE fan of your work. To the point that you actually inspired me to do my own fan-edits. After a long and obsessive search for perfection, now I have 3 fan-edited movies to share with the world, plus a 100% original shortfilm.
But I am seriously confused about the options to share fan-edits with the world. I would really love to talk with you about what options exist today, what would be the best choice, and also would love to show you my work, I would really really appreciate your feedback. You have been my jedi master XD.

    Un saludo desde Madrid!
    Chema

    1. Hello, and wow, thanks for the very kind words! You can contact me on fanedit.org (register to the forum and PM me there. I'm user TMBTM). I'm more or less "retired" from fanediting but I'd watch your work with interest. Sharing fanedits is still a bit a grey area but the number one rules is: don't sell or moneytize them. We can talk more at Fanedit.org. Thanks again.

  12. Hello!

Any chance I could get a link to the Alien Ate fan edit? I really enjoyed it the first time I watched it, but I can't find it anywhere.

    1. Hello, I think I should create a page on this blog with all the actual links to the fanedits that I still have online (all the streaming on VIMEO are gone, sadly). About Alien-Ate here's a link to a downloadable DVD version (meaning you have to either burn it on a DVD to watch it on your home DVD player, or maybe use the USB of your home DVD player, or watch it with a software player on a PC. you can also extract the movie with a software like MakeMKV, for example) The LINK: ALIEN-ATE

    3. Each time I try to post a full fanedit on youtube it's blocked before even being online. I'm in France, maybe that's why I don't know.

    4. Yeah, France. But what I mean is that other people have posted your movies on youtube.

  17. Hi TMBTM: This is Patrick Fontaine over at original trilogy kaarma33 and boinger5 on fan edit.org. Thanks for the awesome fan edits! I hope you might consider making a final third War of the Stars with the sequel trilogy and make Luke the bad guy who might be good like the Dark Horse Dark Empire comics! And one other thing, Silverwook and I were wondering if you can make an inquiry about a recently discovered 16mm film print of the Ewok Adventure that has been sold on a French only film website. Neither of us speak, read nor write French fluently and it's Star Wars on film that might never be available on BD. Could you track down the owner of this 16mm Ewok film, sil vous plait? This owner might like to participate in a film preservation project, which is our wont to do originaltrilogy forum. If you would like to answer yes or no / oui ou non, then you could post on this OT forum thread. Merci.

  24. So I feel like I'm breaking my brain here: I vividly remember showing this to friends with a subtitle track that gave Chewie subtitles, and really amped up R2's translations as well.

Unfortunately, my hard drive got wiped last year and I was unable to recover the sub file and now I can't seem to find a trace of it. Was this a part of the official release or something another fan did?
